Omron FQ2 — система технического зрения с широкими функциональными возможностями в компактном корпусе. Фактически, комплект FQ2 это оптимальный набор инструментов, для построения системы контроля качества, включающий камеру, программное обеспечение, коммуникационные возможности и многое другое. Все необходимое для высокоточного и скоростного контроля качества выпускаемой продукции в одном компактном корпусе. Предыдущие версии систем технического зрения имели отдельный корпус для контроллера и для процессора обработки изображений, а в системе FQ2 эти модули объединены. В сенсорной части системы установлен сверхмощный источник света, способный обеспечивать работу широкоформатной камеры. Мощность источника света такова, что ее достаточно даже при использовании поляризационных фильтров. Фокусное расстояние линзы регулируемое и может быть настроено даже в случае нестандартного угла обзора и при необходимости установки камеры на определенном расстоянии. Линия со внешними выходами, посылающими сигналы об результатах детектирования, входная линия с сигналами, позволяющими дистанционно менять настройки камеры и линия с силовым питанием камеры объединены ы одном коннекторе, что позволяет значительно сократить время на подключение. Команды управления камерой (настройки), результаты инспектирования и измерений, а так же изображения с камеры могут быть переданы в ПЛК.



Камера имеет гибкие кабели, что позволяет устанавливать ее на подвижных частях установок. Степень защиты IP67, что дает возможность использовать камеру в сложных промышленных условиях. Коннектор позволяет подключать камеру просто, быстро и безошибочно.

Камера выполняет одновременно различные функции, в том числе детектирование и позиционирование. Вы можете комбинировать различные задачи детектирования которые выполняет один датчик машинного зрения. На примере выше показана возможность одного датчика контролировать разнообразные параметры. Датчик способен контролировать наличие микросхем в лотке, наличие повреждений на микросхеме, количество ножек и т.д.

На следующем примере камера выполняет определение положения детали, причем она способна точно указывать угол поворота детали, который может быть скорректирован роботом, получающим информацию от датчика технического зрения.

Распознавание символов. Даже если условия работы конвейера не идеальны, что влияет на качество печати символов, датчик технического зрения распознает символы безошибочно.

Теперь достаточно одного датчика Omron FQ2 что бы контролировать как корректность символов на этикетке, так и корректное расположение самой этикетки.

Камера способна работать с 15 различными типами кодов, начиная от этикеток с кодами и заканчивая кодами нанесенными на изделия.

Камера Omron FQ2 способна стабильно считывать коды вне зависимости от того на какой поверхности нанесены коды.
